1. Can I make votives or tarts with soy wax?

   Yes. Just remember that soy wax has a low melting point of around 100 degrees and may lose its shape if left outside or in a hot car.

2. The top of my candle has a dip in it. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

   Using a heat gun or hairdryer to slightly melt the top of the candle can help smooth out dips and imperfections. Lowering your pouring temperature the next time may also help. Keep in mind that not all thermometers measure the same. Our recommended pouring temperature is 90-105 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. Why doesn't my candle melt to the edges of the container?

   Choosing the correct size wick for your container is important for obtaining a full burn pool. To achieve this use our wick guide to assist you in choosing the correct size wick. For oddly shaped or oversized containers multiple wicks may be necessary.
